What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, implementing AI-powered automation.
• Analyze test data using AI tools to improve coverage and defect prediction.
• Design and implement API and regression tests for backend systems.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure AI models are effectively tested and integrated.
• Coordinate QA activities across multiple services and microservice teams.
• Improve development processes by incorporating AI methodologies and streamlining tests for web and mobile apps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software QA experience.
• Experience in mobile, backend, or web app testing.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and strong interest in AI applications for QA.
• Business-level Japanese communication ability.
• English proficiency: CEFR B2 (Independent) or Japanese: CEFR B2 (Independent).

Nice to have

• Software development experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and experience building testing environments.
• Experience in the financial or payments industry.
• Experience with machine learning models.
