TL;DR

What you will do

  • Triage and own technical support tickets from enterprise customers, collaborating across time zones.
  • Investigate incidents methodically by analyzing logs and tracing replication issues to identify root causes.
  • Create detailed internal notes and handover documentation to ensure global team continuity.
  • Perform reproductions of customer issues and document steps for replication.
  • Escalate critical issues to engineering with sufficient evidence for immediate action.
  • Contribute to the team's shared knowledge base to improve problem-solving efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work a weekend shift (Friday to Tuesday).
  • Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.
  • Technical background in any discipline (software, systems, networking, electronics, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Linux tools, specifically find and grep for filesystem navigation.
  • Disciplined approach to note-taking and documenting technical context.

Nice to have

  • Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
  • Previous experience on a support team for a large software product.
