What you will do
- Triage and own technical support tickets from enterprise customers, collaborating across time zones.
- Investigate incidents methodically by analyzing logs and tracing replication issues to identify root causes.
- Create detailed internal notes and handover documentation to ensure global team continuity.
- Perform reproductions of customer issues and document steps for replication.
- Escalate critical issues to engineering with sufficient evidence for immediate action.
- Contribute to the team's shared knowledge base to improve problem-solving efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Availability to work a weekend shift (Friday to Tuesday).
- Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.
- Technical background in any discipline (software, systems, networking, electronics, etc.).
- Familiarity with Linux tools, specifically find and grep for filesystem navigation.
- Disciplined approach to note-taking and documenting technical context.
Nice to have
- Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
- Previous experience on a support team for a large software product.
