Location: Remote (Must be based in the US or Canada)
Salary: $65,500 – $104,700 (US) / C$67,100 – C$107,300 (Canada)

What you will do
- Provide technical support to customers using the Blue Planet Software Portfolio, resolving complex software and system issues.
- Collaborate with Solution Experts, Global Engineering, and R&D teams to identify and fix product bugs.
- Develop effective workarounds to minimize customer dissatisfaction and address functionality gaps.
- Manage multi-product interoperability challenges between Blue Planet products and third-party software.
- Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to PLM and R&D teams for future releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for high-pressure customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively prioritize a heavy case load.
- Proficiency in documenting technical cases and tracking time accurately.
Nice to have
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware ESXi, KVM, XEN) and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols including MPLS, IP, BGP, OSPF, and L2/L3 VPN.
- Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, Neo4j) and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS, or Google Cloud.
