What you will do

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across casino, sports book, and B2B gaming markets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with operators, aggregators, and partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, and onboarding terms.
• Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to expand the company's reach.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product, compliance, and account management teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the iGaming sector (B2B experience preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales or partnership targets.
• Strong existing network within the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of online gaming products, licensing, and regulated markets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Must be based in Malta (Onsite).
