What you will do

• Design executive-level PowerPoint decks for sales, customers, partners, and investors.
• Create business visuals including process flows, system diagrams, and data frameworks.
• Structure presentations to ensure they tell a clear, cohesive business story.
• Develop and maintain templates for decks, one-pagers, and internal documentation.
• Support office and brand design needs, including signage and printed materials.
• Contribute to website design and product UI/dashboard interfaces over time.

Requirements

• Strong visual design fundamentals including layout, hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Advanced experience with PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of business concepts such as strategy, go-to-market, and metrics.
• Experience designing for executive audiences.
• Ability to turn complex or abstract ideas into clear, persuasive visuals.

Nice to have

• Background in business, consulting, finance, or startups.
• Experience working directly with leadership teams.
• Exposure to product or UX design.
• Familiarity with Webflow or design systems.
