What you will do

• Interpret creative briefs to produce visuals for social media, digital marketing, events, and OOH channels.
• Support the localization and adaptation of global creative assets for cultural relevance in European markets.
• Collaborate with design leads, copywriters, and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Design engaging assets for user acquisition and retention teams to drive brand awareness.
• Assist in improving creative workflows and coordinate with third-party agencies and freelancers.
• Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to iterate and improve creative output.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery.
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D software or generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Google Workspace, or MS Office.
• Passion for crypto, lifestyle, sports, or fashion sectors.
