TL;DR

Applied AI Engineer (TypeScript/Web3): Building internal AI tools and automations for various business departments with an accent on productivity compounding and workflow optimization. What you will do

• Own the end-to-end build of internal AI tools and automations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Translate ambiguous needs from BD, sales, HR, and finance teams into coherent AI product plans.
• Contribute to the shared TypeScript substrate layer used by all internal AI tools.
• Collaborate with business teams to deeply understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI leverage.
• Help shape the organization's overall internal AI strategy.
• Coordinate with DevOps and Security teams through standard prioritization workflows.

Requirements

• TypeScript proficiency (minimum technical bar).
• Demonstrable AI-native engineering experience (GitHub projects, open source, or LLM tooling implementations).
• Understanding of DevOps and Security best practices.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end without hand-holding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Europe or the Middle East (UTC+0 to UTC+5).

Nice to have

• Background in Crypto, DeFi, or Web3.
• Experience shipping production AI systems with a focus on evaluation, reliability, and cost.
• Exposure to internal tooling or BPM (Business Process Management) work.
