What you will do

• Co-lead the technical design and execution of AI Agent deployments in large enterprise environments.
• Educate partners on platform capabilities, best practices, and AI Agent architectures.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure deployment solutions meeting enterprise requirements.
• Develop custom extensions and integrations to bridge product gaps and meet specific partner needs.
• Collaborate with partner and customer engineering teams to overcome technical constraints.
• Engage with senior technical stakeholders and architects to align on system design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering.
• Proven track record of leading technical deployments in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in backend engineering, IaC, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, APIs, and databases.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous settings with high responsibility.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in Germany.

• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems (e.g., vector databases, prompt orchestration).
