What you will do

• Support internal department projects.
• Establish and further develop knowledge management within the department.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize workflows.
• Prepare decision-making materials and present complex issues in tailored formats (PPT, Confluence).
• Develop technical white papers and documentation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Project Management, or a comparable field.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Initial experience in project management using tools like MS Project.
• Ability to prepare and present complex topics in a structured, audience-focused manner.
• Technical understanding and a proactive, assertive approach to work.
