What you will do

• Install dual fuel smart meters in customers' homes, ensuring technical accuracy and safety.
• Demonstrate the functionality of meters and in-home displays to help customers reduce energy consumption.
• Act as a brand ambassador, answering customer queries about the green energy transition.
• Collaborate with the office support team to achieve shared performance and service goals.
• Minimize administrative overhead by leveraging company tech tools to maximize time spent with customers.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience installing smart meters.
• Valid MOCoPA certification held within the last 2 years.
• Gas Safe certification (CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
