What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate shift personnel and plant operations to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Promote and maintain a strong HSE culture through safety meetings, audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure all operators are adequately trained and compliant with normal and emergency operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records, shift logs, system checks, and event-based reporting.
• Support plant reliability by identifying operational issues and coordinating maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience within an EfW plant, power plant, or similar heavy process industry.
• Previous experience at a Shift Team Leader (STL) or supervisory level.
• Strong operational knowledge of boilers, turbines, auxiliary systems, and power generation processes.
• Experience with plants utilizing waste fuel, mass burn, biomass, or fossil fuel technologies.
• Proven ability to manage personnel and emergency situations in high-risk environments.
