What you will do

• Develop user segmentation models based on risk preferences, asset holdings, and trading behavior.
• Design differentiated growth and conversion strategies for high-potential and high-net-worth users.
• Monitor and optimize key financial growth metrics, including deposit conversion and net asset inflow.
• Conduct attribution analysis to evaluate user lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and long-term ROI.
• Propose growth hypotheses, design and execute A/B testing experiments, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Operations teams to improve user growth funnels and conversion efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Growth, or Product Operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other data analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience running end-to-end data-driven growth experiments.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, lifecycle management, and growth KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and drive results with a strong ownership mindset.
• Experience in fintech, payments, brokerage, banking, or digital financial services is preferred.
