What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of edge infrastructure, including servers and networking.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security hardening of systems.
• Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction and goals.
• Implement and manage automation for system provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Establish and enforce best practices for systems engineering, observability, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, RnD, network, and security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or SRE.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership or as a team lead.
• Strong expertise in Linux/*nix environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Must be based in Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia and available under an employment agreement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Puppet, Prometheus, Grafana, or Victoria Logs.
• Understanding of BGP and related networking protocols.
• Programming ability in C, Go, Python, or Rust.
• Experience in web security and AI.
