What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based application servers and network tools.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and ensure overall system security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain high operational availability.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and new software versions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for procedures and environment standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic technology planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux administration and application server management.
• Proven knowledge of JBoss EAP, Kafka, Camunda, and Elastic on RHEL and K8s platforms.
• Czech language fluency required.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and support communication.
• Ability to work independently on complex infrastructure projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ansible, RH Satellite, Git, Argo CD, and VMware vSphere.
• Understanding of automation and scripting methodologies.
