TL;DR

Web Analyst (GA4/SQL): Monitoring tracking completeness and analyzing user behavior for high-load digital products with an accent on data quality and conversion metrics. Focus on identifying UX friction points, analyzing suspicious user behavior, and building actionable dashboards.

Location: Remote or on-site (Offices available in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan)

What you will do

  • Control tracking completeness and event data quality across the website.
  • Analyze key product funnels and user behavior to identify UX friction points and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies across multiple data sources.
  • Analyze suspicious user behavior and abnormal activity patterns.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytical findings for product teams.
  • Document metrics, event logic, and data definitions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product, web, or data analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with web analytics and event-based tracking (GA4, GTM).
  • Deep understanding of product funnels, conversion metrics, and user behavior analysis.
  • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality control.
  • Good understanding of ETL processes and data structures.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-load digital products.
  • Experience with fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious user behavior analysis.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experiment analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with Python for analytical tasks.
