What you will do

• Manage automated replenishment for NOS and VMI models to ensure optimal product availability.
• Monitor assortment performance across suppliers, categories, and SKUs.
• Derive data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for merchandise steering.
• Collaborate with Buying, Inbound, and Merchandise Planning teams.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve forecasting data quality and automation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, hands-on approach.
• Fluent English skills required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, merchandise management, or controlling within e-commerce or retail.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• German language skills.
