Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates must reside in Lithuania or be able to independently relocate to Lithuania within 3 months.

Salary: 3,200 - 7,000 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Develop a high-performance Android application for hirify.global users.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code using modern development tools and frameworks.
• Establish development best practices and mentor new team members as the team expands.
• Stay updated with cutting-edge Android tools, patterns, and methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of extensive Android development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, MVVM Clean architecture, Room/SQLite, and Coroutines.
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose and Hilt.
• Experience in writing unit and UI tests and using debugging tools.
• Must be based in or independently relocate to Lithuania within 3 months.
• Experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Experience building LLM-powered applications or solutions.
