What you will do

• Contribute to product feature definition through workshops with engineering teams and Product Managers.
• Maintain high-quality software standards through consistent code design and best practices.
• Track project progress and communicate updates transparently to the team and management.
• Take ownership of deployment and production support for developed components.
• Share new development patterns, standards, and practices with the team.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements to engineering processes and designs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• At least 3 years of experience in Android application development.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, integration testing, and unit testing.
• Experience with server-side API integration in a microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Android architecture including multi-module projects, DI, and MVVM.
• Experience with CI/CD and continuous delivery cycles.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
