What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team to ensure goal alignment and smooth delivery.
• Manage the current app portfolio and drive the transition toward a new system architecture.
• Optimize team workflows through active participation in planning, grooming, and technical estimations.
• Perform regular code reviews and provide coaching to support team growth.
• Define architectural directions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Promote knowledge sharing and integrate industry best practices across the development cycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with a strong focus on Flutter.
• Proven track record of leading development teams or acting in a senior capacity with team responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of Dart, including asynchronous programming (Streams, RxDart).
• Experience with REST APIs, sockets, and deploying at least one app to production (App Store/Google Play).
• Strong command of OOP and SOLID principles for creating maintainable code.

Nice to have

• Experience with native Android and/or iOS development.
