Fullstack Developer (React/C#)

Total compensation: from €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications across the full stack using React/Next.js and C#.
• Own features and systems from concept and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, performance tuning, monitoring, and security.
• Define development, code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Resolve complex bugs, production issues, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges while mentoring developers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional full-stack development experience with strong React/Next.js expertise.
• Experience with C#, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English required. Italian and/or German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or German.
