What you will do

• Lead post-MP sustaining projects to improve and sustain audio products, including headsets, speakers, and microphones.
• Develop and maintain full-scale project plans and product cost computations according to defined standards.
• Identify and analyze project risks and execute appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating unresolved items to functional managers.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across hardware, software, ID design, and product marketing.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of direct work experience in a project manager role.
• Experience in the development and sustaining of consumer electronics.
• Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan (Hybrid setup).
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficiency in engineering document control and change management processes.
• Ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management of audio and wireless products.
• Qualified PMP certification.
