TL;DR

Project Leader (Manufacturing): Leading the industrialization and volume production transition of next-generation HMI eBeam products with an accent on pre-proto preparation and cross-functional coordination between D&E and manufacturing. Focus on driving issue resolution for manufacturable designs and ensuring high-volume production readiness.

Location: Onsite in Tainan, Taiwan

What you will do

  • Manage the industrialization of new HMI eBeam products and modules using the 6P=P process (Product, Procedures, People, Plant, Production Tools, and Parts).
  • Act as the key interface between Development & Engineering (D&E), Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams across Asia, the Netherlands, and the U.S.
  • Drive the resolution of design issues to achieve product maturity and hit cost and cycle time targets.
  • Deliver prototypes on time and meticulously document all issues to be solved before the ramp to volume production.
  • Secure training needs and resources, including manpower and qualified parts, for pilot and high-volume production.
  • Prepare necessary documentation to ensure all Key Decision gate checks are passed on time.

Requirements

  • Master's degree.
  • 5+ years of extensive project management experience in a high-tech equipment industry.
  • Experience in new product introduction (NPI) or design.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization without direct authority.
  • Strong multicultural communication skills and the ability to present to unfamiliar audiences.
  • Solid understanding of design, assembly, and test processes.
