What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct semiconductor ATE application projects for the region.
• Ensure execution meets expectations and drive gaps to closure.
• Manage communication across organizational levels and with global customers.
• Resolve cross-functional and regional integration issues.
• Develop and standardize project management processes and best practices.
• Motivate interdisciplinary teams to achieve regional objectives.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or Software preferred).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of engineering experience with software development (e.g., production efficiency tools, system uptime monitors).
• 2+ years of engineering experience with automatic testing equipment (ATE) and customer interface.
• Must be located in Jubei City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Current PMP certification.
