What you will do

• Co-own regional processes with global process owners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide requirements and process expertise to the design and update teams.
• Approve regional process designs and oversee the implementation and training of changes.
• Monitor adherence and define corrective actions for non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
• Measure performance and communicate design issues to global process owners.
• Identify and align improvement ideas with the global process owner.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of total working experience, with 8+ years specifically in BPM strategy and execution.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Industrial Engineering, or MIS.
• Certifications in PMP, APICS, or proficiency in SAP/Oracle.
• Experience in international corporate program management.
• Strong leadership, change management, and analytical skills.
• Advanced English skills required

Nice to have

• Manufacturing planning experience within the semiconductor industry.
