Accounts Executive AR

What you will do

• Apply and post customer/vendor payments accurately in SAP, matching against invoices and notes.
• Manage unapplied, underpaid, and overpaid items; validate outgoing payments.
• Maintain fixed asset records, process additions, transfers, retirements, and disposals.
• Review bank statements, investigate discrepancies, and clear suspense accounts.
• Support month-end/quarter-end closings, meet KPIs/SLAs, and adhere to controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application.
• Experience in FSSC or multi-entity environment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of AR processes; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work under deadlines.
