What you will do

• Own and maintain the Global Rebate Accounting Standard Practices (GRASP) accrual algorithm and operating model.
• Define and govern exception rules and override methodologies for rebate accruals to ensure logic integrity.
• Lead training and enablement for GRASP and TPT FIFO processes across global account teams.
• Ensure all process changes are SOX relevant, documented, and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to drive Vistex/V4 adoption and system enhancements.
• Translate technical accounting concepts into clear guidance for CAO and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in rebates accounting/operations, including accrual methodologies and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and tooling capability, specifically advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to drive adoption via training and stakeholder support across different geographies and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOX relevant process environments and audit interactions.
• Knowledge of SAP, Vistex/ECC, and V4 concepts.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Python, Power Query, VBA macros, or KNIME.
• Strong executive communication skills to explain model logic and risks.
