What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all AP transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support month-end closing activities related to payables and accruals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment or billing discrepancies.
• Support automation and process improvements within AP workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and AP operations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using Agile ways of working.
