What you will do

• Create high-performing AI-powered video ads for user acquisition campaigns.
• Develop and test new visual styles and creative hypotheses for Memowrite ads.
• Research and implement the latest AI video tools and models into the team's workflow.
• Combine AI-generated visuals with professional editing, sound, and storytelling.
• Mentor and support a team of designers in AI video workflows and prompting techniques.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and optimize creative content quickly.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, Flux).
• Strong proficiency in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Experience building or scaling AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and how to create engaging, realistic content.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative startup environments.
