What you will do

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and UA teams to test hypotheses and rapidly iterate on briefs.
• Adapt successful concepts into various hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, and languages.
• Edit UGC, stock footage, and app gameplay into high-quality, on-brand video assets.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for image/video generation and voice synthesis to accelerate production.
• Stay current with motion trends and platform-native advertising formats.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, specifically focused on performance and UA creatives.
• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful performance marketing video ads.
• Deep understanding of creative hooks, pacing, and CTAs to drive user retention.
• Basic skills in sound design and mixing.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Figma for creating static assets.
• Background in producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives.
