Lead Solution Architect (Cloud Architecture): Serving as a senior technical partner within the Cloud Modernization Practice to drive large-scale cloud transformations for clients in regulated industries with an accent on Azure, AWS, and GCP ecosystems. Focus on designing target architectures, leading technical strategy in CxO-level pursuits, and providing senior technical oversight for complex delivery programs.

Location: Must be based in the United States and available for infrequent travel to client sites. Must be able to work 8:30am - 5:30p EST.

Salary: $155,000 - $200,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Co-lead cloud assessments, including current-state analysis, target architecture design, and roadmap development.
• Own target architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP, covering landing zones, security, data platforms, and modernization patterns.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for active programs and lead architecture review boards.
• Scope new opportunities, validate estimates, and defend design choices in CxO-level pursuit conversations.
• Produce reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable artifacts for engagement teams.
• Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes in code to de-risk technical decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and delivery, preferably in consulting or systems integration.
• Deep fluency in at least two hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and credibility in the third.
• Proven track record as the senior technical voice on $5M+ cloud programs.
• Expertise in security and compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Senior cloud certifications across at least two hyperscalers.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
