Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the people agenda aligned with business strategic goals.
- Analyze people data to drive recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies.
- Oversee annual HR processes including compensation planning, job evaluation, and performance management.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Mobilize and optimize internal recruitment and HR delivery teams to ensure high service quality.
- Manage post-acquisition integration and organizational change communications.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of HR or recruitment experience in a strategic business partnering role.
- Professional working proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership on organizational design and people strategy.
- Certification such as CIPD 5, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in talent attraction, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Must be based in Paris and able to attend in-person meetings regularly.
Nice to have
- Experience within a consulting firm, ideally in Financial Services.
- Working knowledge of European employment law (France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Denmark).
- Professional working proficiency in German.
