Location: Paris, France; hybrid work. The role is also listed in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

Base pay: €91,800–€159,045 annually, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions depending on role and location.

What you will do

• Partner with France IM and OneHR leadership to define and deliver strategic HR agendas aligned with business priorities.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, change management, legal reviews, and post-change effectiveness plans.
• Build talent strategies covering attraction, development, retention, succession planning, critical capabilities, and career planning.
• Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, stakeholder relationships, engagement, and employee matters.
• Shape culture, inclusion, employee engagement, and leadership capability in partnership with business leaders and HR functions.
• Use business, financial, talent, and workforce data to diagnose needs and influence senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including managerial experience coaching and leading talent; at least 5 years of progressive HR or HR-related experience.
• Experience in HR business partnership, talent management, organizational change, project implementation, and business support.
• Strong coaching, relationship management, collaboration, negotiation, facilitation, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Ability to use data, business drivers, and financial metrics to influence senior business leaders and drive talent outcomes.
• Strong Microsoft Office and talent management technology skills.
