What you will do

• Execute startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for UPS and power distribution equipment.
• Coordinate assigned projects to ensure service delivery is on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate customer listings and report any operational issues.
• Ensure a minimum 90% planned maintenance completion rate.
• Establish and maintain excellent rapport with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for power electronics systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in technical service or testing of electrical/electronic equipment, preferably UPS or power electronics.
• Must possess a clean, valid driving license.
• Ability to work after hours and weekends as required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
