What you will do
- Execute startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for UPS and power distribution equipment.
- Coordinate assigned projects to ensure service delivery is on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate customer listings and report any operational issues.
- Ensure a minimum 90% planned maintenance completion rate.
- Establish and maintain excellent rapport with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for power electronics systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in technical service or testing of electrical/electronic equipment, preferably UPS or power electronics.
- Must possess a clean, valid driving license.
- Ability to work after hours and weekends as required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
