What you will do

• Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define conceptual target states for sales, service, and marketing domains.
• Design and oversee end-to-end implementation of solution architectures using industry-leading vendor platforms.
• Lead the internal development of proprietary IP and technical accelerators to address industry challenges.
• Engage with technology vendors to evaluate capabilities and establish house views on platform strengths.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster a high-performing, ambitious team environment.
• Balance strategic architectural vision with pragmatic, real-world execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, specifically within Asset or Wealth Management.
• Proven track record of designing architectures that span the client domain.
• Hands-on experience with client-facing vendor platforms such as CRM, CDP, or marketing automation tools.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading technology teams through real-world execution and delivery planning.
• Strong commitment to building and nurturing technical teams through active mentorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Salesforce Agentforce or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
