What you will do

• Lead technical architecture and delivery for an Air Force integration platform using Google Cloud, Apigee, and Kubernetes.
• Design and guide the implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud architectures.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions and platform capabilities.
• Support engineering teams in building and troubleshooting distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Design and support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Produce clear technical documentation for architecture decisions and system configurations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance.
• Must be based in the continental United States and available for East Coast working hours.
• 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and enterprise cloud architectures.
• Professional-level cloud architecture certification (Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect preferred).
• Strong programming ability in a typed language such as Java, Kotlin, or C#.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms like Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and Linux administration.
• Experience with API gateways or management platforms like Apigee.
• Background in supporting U.S. Federal Government programs.
