What you will do

• Analyze large datasets from on-road, track, and virtual testing to identify and track vehicle performance issues.
• Lead engagement between internal and external teams to drive solutions for triage support.
• Develop and maintain tools to support triage workflows and operational efficiency.
• Create and own clear, logical technical documentation for safety-critical issues.
• Assist management in setting quarterly objectives and defining requirements.
• Mentor and train team members in your domain of expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience (or Associate’s with 4+ years, or HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years).
• Strong experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
• Thorough analytical skills to assess issue cause, impact, and severity.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly.
• Interest in the development of advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS).

Nice to have

• Experience with ADAS automation testing products.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Superset.
• Background in technical writing.
• Experience working independently on complex problems in a STEM or IT environment.
