Salary: $82,000 – $112,000 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents, including prompt engineering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze key performance indicators and conversation logs to drive measurable improvements in agent performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce contact volume.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI agent behavior, diagnosing issues across conversation flows.
• Implement dynamic response content, including personalization and conditional logic.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI agent workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in conversational AI, knowledge management, or chatbot administration.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and understanding of NLU/NLP concepts.
• Proficiency in conversation design principles, including intent mapping and utterance training.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance dashboards and customer feedback.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, concise bot responses.
• Must be able to work from the office 3+ days a week in Denver, CO or Nashville, TN.
