Location: Must be based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Partner with Editorial and Accolades teams to translate methodologies into clear, defensible data strategies.
• Evaluate and source data from internal assets, surveys, and third-party providers to ensure consistency.
• Assess data quality, sufficiency, and thresholds to support repeatable and accurate list outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of a centralized list database and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Ensure all data is properly permissioned, classified, and reusable across hirify.global properties.
• Manage individual workstreams and prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent list development cycles.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• 4-6 years of experience in research, analytics, or data strategy.
• Strong experience working with structured datasets, surveys, or third-party research sources.
• Ability to communicate complex data decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with survey and data collection platforms like Typeform or Qualtrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in evolving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in shaping rankings, benchmarks, large research programs, or data-driven content initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI integrations within survey design and data collection workflows.
