Salary: $24.00–$28.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Process 53+ claims daily while maintaining a 93%+ quality assurance score.
• Provide empathetic support to members regarding claims, questions, and requests.
• Manage the life cycle of US and global claims, including Carrot Card transactions.
• Handle post-adjudication impacts such as refunds, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and rapid payment facilitation.
• Participate in on-call member support via PagerDuty as needed.

Requirements

• Must be available to work onsite in West Des Moines, Iowa.
• Must be available for the shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm CST.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
