What you will do

• Deliver accurate and timely reporting on sales and business performance across Nordic markets.
• Transform complex data into clear insights regarding trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage sales performance through target setting and commission data analysis.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.
• Partner with Finance Controllers and commercial teams to improve business outcomes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or sales operations.
• Advanced Excel skills, ideally including macros and VBA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Fluency in Swedish is required.
• CV must be submitted in English.
