What you will do

- Coordinate patient appointments and verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits.

- Review patient bills for accuracy and perform follow-ups on unpaid or denied claims.
- Maintain comprehensive billing records, payment histories, and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure accurate claim submissions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or patient coordination.
- Strong understanding of insurance verification and medical billing workflows.
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and specialized medical billing software.
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adhere to the Brea, CA business hours.
