What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning via video, chat, and phone.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
• Prescribe medications and interpret diagnostic tests in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight, chart review, and mentorship.
• Document all patient encounters and communications accurately within a proprietary EMR system.
• Participate in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine with active board certification in Family Medicine.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
• Active medical licenses in at least one of the following: CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses.
• Availability to work overnight shifts (6p-6a PST) including weekends and assigned holidays.
• Reliable high-speed internet access and comfort with evolving AI-driven telehealth platforms.
