What you will do

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems and formulate management rules.
  • Analyze user behavior, find hidden needs, and write key customer analysis reports.
  • Communicate with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with a clear sales KPI.
  • Familiarity with the use of a CRM tool.
  • Experience working autonomously within a sales team and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • 3-10 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication and relationship maintenance skills, with the ability to be flexible in a variety of situations and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

  • Passionate about crypto with industry experience.
  • Additional languages would be an advantage.
