What you will do

• Direct and develop creative concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Mentor, supervise, and train junior and mid-weight creative staff.
• Present creative narratives to clients to secure buy-in and drive project success.
• Collaborate with brand teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Champion creative standards and foster a culture of collaboration across the agency.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Figma.
• Proven experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
• Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives through concept presentations.
• Evidence of mentorship, teamwork, and collaborative leadership.
• Strong understanding of commercial business aspects and performance targets.
