Location: Must be based in New York and able to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Conceive and create experience design solutions that fulfill strategic business needs.
• Lead and build a multi-disciplinary creative team including designers, writers, and information architects.
• Develop and deliver innovative proposals to capture growth and new business opportunities.
• Estimate and manage project timelines, budgets, and production scope.
• Promote a culture of excellence by driving creative discipline and best practices.
• Partner with media, technology, and research teams to maximize results and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a digital agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and art direction expertise
• Proven experience leading teams of designers and production specialists
• Ability to present work to clients and justify creative concepts
• Working knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least 3 days per week
