What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric audiological assessments following clinical protocols.
• Perform specialized paediatric testing, including Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA).
• Deliver individualized rehabilitation plans encompassing hearing aid selection, fitting, and real-ear verification (REM).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Medicare, HSP, and DVA requirements.
• Provide professional counseling and education to patients and families regarding hearing loss management.
• Collaborate with co-located ENT surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Adult Rehabilitation.
• Relevant qualification in Audiology.
• Full membership (or eligibility) with AudA or ACAud inc. HASAA.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to manage a high and varied caseload.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to achieving high standards in audiological care and patient experience.
