What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, collaborating to bring a technical vision to life.
• Champion and implement best practices including TDD, pair programming, and clean, reusable code.
• Oversee the entire software consulting and delivery cycle from ideation to production.
• Design technical solutions and choose technologies based on client constraints and pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Utilize and advocate for DevSecOps tools and practices to shift security left in development.
• Mentor and coach developers to foster an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java and latest Object-Oriented technology.
• Experience with Claude or equivalent AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and Datadog.
• Proven track record of leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous delivery.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• English: Advanced level required.
