What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end product experiences across web, mobile, and AI-native interfaces.
• Translate ambiguous product briefs into functional prototypes and shipped artifacts rather than static mockups.
• Use AI tools and agents, such as Cursor, v0, Lovable, and Claude, to design, prototype, and produce working code.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on large products while independently owning implementation for MVPs and prototypes.
• Present work to clients and internal teams, maintaining high design quality at a fast pace.
• Develop and refine AI design tooling and workflows in coordination with the R&D team.

Requirements

• Product design experience at a digital product agency, studio, or consultancy.
• Strong UI/UX fundamentals, including systems thinking and product intuition.
• Proven experience building real-world projects using AI tools like Cursor, v0, Lovable, or Claude.
• Functional understanding of frontend development, including components, layout, and responsive behavior.
• Must be based in the Americas time zones.
• A strong bias toward making ideas tangible quickly with the judgment to know when polish is required.
