Senior Engineer (Growth)

TL;DR

Senior Engineer (Growth) (Fullstack): Building and iterating on features and systems that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization with an accent on the self-serve growth engine. Focus on designing A/B tests, optimizing onboarding flows, and scaling growth infrastructure to increase ARR and activation.

Location: Remote (Europe). Must have existing right to work in one of the listed European countries (visa sponsorship available for Germany).

What you will do

• Take ownership of growth-critical flows including signup, onboarding, and the admin dashboard to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Design, build, and A/B test new features to increase conversion and retention, such as upgrade flows and pricing nudges.
• Develop and optimize growth services, including in-app messaging platforms, billing systems, and email orchestration tools.
• Analyze performance and iterate on features to directly impact ARR, user retention, and activation KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React.
• Proven experience owning growth metrics (activation, retention, revenue) on a growth or PLG team at a SaaS company.
• Ability to lead experiments from hypothesis to ship/kill decision.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to query data and make decisions based on user behavior.
• Company language is English; proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in Europe (except for Germany where sponsorship is possible).

Nice to have

• Exposure to pricing strategy, funnel optimization, or revenue KPIs.
• Past experience as a founder or early-stage startup engineer.
