What you will do

  • Handle incoming support requests via ticketing systems, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Manage account provisioning, permissions, and authentication support.
  • Document issues and recurring patterns to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Identify systemic issues and escalate complex problems to engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and automation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals including networking, operating systems, and cloud concepts.
  • Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Exposure to GPU infrastructure or AI/ML environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Security+.
